Table Thai Massage adapts Thai Massage techniques to the convenience of a massage table, incorporating a mix of acupressure, assisted stretching, and gentle rocking motions. 

It is effective for those suffering from muscle tension , chronic pain, including back pain and headaches. By focusing on specific areas of discomfort and combining pressure with a series of guided stretches, it helps release muscle tightness, and improve circulation and flexibility, resulting in significant pain relief, improved joint mobility and enhanced energy flow.
